I would give this 5 stars but you would think I was crazy rating a buffet a 5 star I live in Dallas, TX and think this place is better than anything I have down here, I eat here every time I am in fort smith...I can't believe it only had 2 reviews This place is Great...If you like buffets, you will love this place. If you do not like buffets I bet you will think this is a good one. Try it....I wish I could eat here once a week

Worst $31.29 I ever spent. Low grade meats. They're trying to maximize profits by using cheap food but what they end up with are plates of food that people tried and couldn't eat because it's terrible and poor customer experience. No intentions of returning.

A good restaurant, but nothing spectacular as far as the buffet. My father likes the mussels they have on it about the best when he eats there. For what they offer I think they are a little pricey, but that might have to do with atmosphere. The other thing is they used to offer sushi on the buffet but not anymore. It is always busy and they are no longer open on Mondays.

Stopped here to have lunch with a friend. We were very impressed with the selection on the buffet. Very friendly staff, and great service.

Not a great selection, it's a descent sized buffet, but not a various selection to choose from. Very fancy for a Chinese restaurant, but it seems as if they paid more attention to their looks then their food selection. Products to help review- sushi and some type of lobster food.

I love "Asian" food. This buffet is big with all of the traditional Chinese Buffet favorites and more. Friendly staff, and good food. When I am in Fort Smith, AR, I do not eat Chinese anywhere but here. That doesn't mean it's the best in town. I really haven't tried many others. But, this place has good food for a buffet, at a good price.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
